Quotes of the week

Impressions of the evening of the celebration of Tagore's 150th brthday, we went to last Saturday. A night full of poetry, dance and music. My work friend is one of the beautiful dancers. A wonderful night.

"I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can't make it through one door, I'll go through another door - or I'll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present. "

“Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.”

"Beauty is truth's smile when she beholds her own face in a perfect mirror"

"Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”

"If you shut the door to all errors, truth will be shut out"

Rabindranath Tagore

  1. I say the same thing - "There is always a Plan B." Tagore is much more eloquent than I.

Tagore was a brilliant poet and a wonderful man. I have many of his books including his complete works in English. A Master.

  5. All great quotes. The last one is a brilliant truth. We must be willing to fall if we want to move forward. We must be fully aware of all including that which we do not desire to see.
