Autumn

A little poem for writers island and a happy mothersday to all mums

Autumn season

Dewdrops gliding down
the autumn leaves
like heavenly tears
glistening on the golden relics
of flourishing times

The wind blows her kisses
sending leaves to drift softly
ready to let go of their glory
to be enmeshed with earth
feeding new life with wisdom

  2. A fine blog, which I shall certainly visit again. Many of the landscape images would hold their own in any company.

It felt like summer here today ...actually too hot for me as I want to enjoy spring before summer.

Hope you dad a lovely day!
