A wonderful thought, Marja: embrace life through a net full of holes.

Wise words, Marja! We see the world and even the moon from different angles. We have to accept that !
Thanks for your visit!

Great quote, but people cling so tightly to that net. If they did fall through one of those holes they would be forced to recognize they are not the center of the universe.

I like this creative analogy that describes our very limited perceptions about the universe and our place in it. Mankind has always been good at creating purpose and rationalizing existence. But I think it IS hard to step out of the belief systems we have woven, even though much much more must be revealed before we come close to truly understanding. :)

Hallo Marja,
wat ik zo geweldig vind aan je blog en aan jou 'expressing it all' is je inner knowing, and the inner knowing of beauty.
I have sent the link to your blog to various friends and they so admire the entries on your blog.
Happy Sunday, or is it already Monday now on your side?
Hartelijke groeten uit Holland,
Jacoba

I have several books by Jack Kornfield – he is very wise. He was trained as a Buddhist monk in Thailand. Your photo goes very well with his quotation.

Beautiful Marja!

Sometimes I really do find it difficult to step beyond the net.
It is good to be reminded.

Another deep and meaningful quote Marja! You asked me recently how I make my pictures so large on my blog. What I do is resize the original photo to 1200 wide for bigguns, and 900 for medium ones. Then when I post them, I click on 'original size'. QED! Must dash - got a pane to catch!
