Welcome to Dutchcorner—a quiet space where poetry meets the hills of Christchurch, and stories unfold like petals in spring. May you find something here that stirs your soul.
The whirling rainbow painted on the wall in your previous picture and post about Christchurch is a bright spot in a tense situation. I am reminded that although the earthquake is out of global mainstream news for the moment, it is never far from the minds of those who live there. With all the aftershocks, nerves must be rattled! It is sad to see such lovely architecture about to be destroyed out of necessity. But it is very nice to hear you have happiness in your work and that a fantastic holiday is in your future. :)
Nice quote and cat picture - it made me smile; thank you.
