This is a fascinating potpourri of gardens, Marja, that seem to span the globe for creative inclusions. I love the circle formed by reflections and shadows. And the sunflower reminds me of a Van Gogh painting. . What delightful sights you managed to capture in a short visit!
ReplyDeleteWe have stopped there a few times, but never have time to really look. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful place. I'd enjoy spending time there.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful, like the Italian Renaissance Garden most of all.
ReplyDeleteOoooooooooo LOVE this! We have a similar place here called the Cultural Gardens in Cleveland. But I don't think our structures are as ornate in our gardens. BEAUTIFUL!

Some great photos. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteGreat place, great images! I think my favourite would have to be the Italian, closely followed by the Maori.

Lovely sunflower - and that is my kind of seat. I think I will have to make one for my garden, with built-in space to rest a teapot, milk and mug! Perfection! I would only come in when it rained – or perhaps build in to it a pull-out rain cover!? ;o)
ReplyDeleteOh, Hamilton Gardens is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures!
Nice photos - you make me want to visit.
ReplyDeleteWow, I've never been there. Looks well worth a visit.

Oh wow, Marja. What an outstanding garden. Loved the bench and what a surprise to see Marilyn Monroe brilliantly smiling in the American garden.
ReplyDeleteLovely. Especially like the bridge's full circle. I'm missing the Dutch garden in this international garden collection ;-)
